ROOMS
The ample rooms, all furnished differently from each other, all have their own personality, they do not carry numbers but names of Sicilian islands, they have beds made with wrought iron, antique-effect wood or Caltagirone ceramics.

This personality can mostly be perceived in the 4 superior rooms, all furnished with baldachin beds with different colours and atmospheres, some of which overlooking the sea.

Rooms are fitted with every comfort: summer and winter air conditioning, bathrooms with shower and hair dryers, telephone, fridge bar, satellite TV and safe.

RESTAURANT
Breakfast is served in the old oil mill used for the pressing of olives and grapes, where a careful and accurate renovation managed to combine old and modern style, offering this way a pleasant combination of visual sensations. This area lends itself to different functions: reading room, TV room, meeting room.

The restaurant offers cosy and refined spaces and it has a splendid veranda with a view over the famous Vendicari Reserve. The extremely cared for and wholesome cuisine, is inspired by the ancient Sicilian culinary tradition, which is the result of the numberless ethnic influences, and it is constantly updated with the passing of seasons.
